Just Out Walking With My Camera

This is a guest post by Laurel Arwine who became a CameraWalker in 2013 and wanted to share some of her wonderful photos of the world around the Washington's South Puget Sound. Great job Laurel!

I love to just take my camera out and photograph what nature has to offer. I also really like to explore the neighborhoods, the parks, and the special places that are close to home.

Over my past two walks, I have found several great shots of birds...just going about their day!

A crazy crow taunting an osprey!

And the ducks just hanging out in their morning lineup...

Each time I head out with my camera, I am so aware of the beauty around me.

Fall gives off such colors and warmth.

The beauty in nature can come from such small and seemingly insignificant sights.

It is so much fun to take the time to photograph "mini-scenes"...

I hope, as you read this, that you will pick-up your camera and head out for a Camera Walk. It has made such a difference to me to have a great reason to get out and get some exercise. I love CameraWalking and challenge you to join in this movement to motivate yourself to get out and take a wonderful walk!!
